Employees not able to use the self-initiated feature and those experiencing issues should contact the RFMH Security Administrator via email for assistance with Oracle password resets.
Please include your full name and email address in the email so we can identify you. You will receive a return email including a new temporary password, which you will be prompted to change the next time you log in to Oracle or Self Service. The email will be sent to the work email address which is on file with RFMH.
